My name is Alexis Fu.

I am a graphic illustrator with a special interest in books and supporting narratives. I have an educational background in architecture (B.Arch, 2019). My areas of interest in architecture are architectural journalism, architectural illustration, landscape architecture, architectural history, and conservation.

 

I also enjoy amateur astronomy, baking, playing football, and media analysis. I have lived in Chennai, Dehradun, Bangalore, Singapore, Panjim, and Margāo. My work experience spans the areas of landscape architecture, library, graphic design, illustration, and language tutoring.

Although I primarily operate through visuals, I am also interested in writing. I believe in the importance of storytelling and the preservation of the printed medium.

Cats are my muses, my primary source of joy, and (at) the heart of my philosophy of beauty. This website is named for my favourite person – my orange cat.
